About Daniel Harbach

My aim is to make it really easy for you to learn and apply the Technique in everyday life. That you can enjoy the immediate benefits which make your life easier. And that you become independent for the long run.
Daniel Harbach is specialised in identifying harmful posture and movement patterns. His aim is to teach in such a way that people learn quickly and easily, either to improve working at the PC, doing your favourite sport or the playing your muscal instrument. Obviously, the Technique is also very useful for everyday tasks.
